أصدر السيد الرئيس بشار الأسد اليوم المرسوم رقم 13 للعام 2013 القاضي بتعيين فواز علي الصالح محافظا لمحافظة دير الزور.

كما أصدر الرئيس الأسد المرسوم رقم 14 للعام 2013 القاضي بتعيين صفوان سليمان ابو سعدى محافظا لمحافظة إدلب.
